Water Conservation

Birla Cable operates a 60 KL/day Effluent Treatment Plant and a 15 KL/day Sewage Treatment Plant, treating over 2,141 KL of wastewater annually and recycling 26%. All groundwater sourcing follows Central Ground Water Authority norms.

Energy

Renewable Energy

A 1 MW rooftop solar plant powers the facility, contributing to an energy efficiency rate of 26.7% in FY 2024–25.

Waste Management

Birla Cable handles, disposes, and recycles waste responsibly in full compliance with MPPCB, Hazardous Waste Rules (2019) and E-Waste Rules (2022), using only authorised recyclers.

Occupational Health & Safety
