Adopting Smart Agriculture
We run demo plots, soil testing, seed treatment, mechanisation exposure visits and capacity-building to increase yield and reduce risk. Focused on climate resilience and higher farm incomes. 5,696 farmers in Satna, Maihar & Chittorgarh have benefited from sustainable agriculture practices.
Better Cotton Initiative
A large-scale program near our Mukutban plant, that trains farmers on climate-smart cotton cultivation, helping 4,000+ farmers improve yields and adopt sustainable practices that meet global buyer requirements.
Livestock & Animal Husbandry Programme
Artificial insemination, vaccination, fodder promotion and veterinary camps increase livestock productivity and farmer incomes, improving herd health across multiple districts with 700+ cross-bred animals introduced and 20,000+ animals receiving vaccination.
Horticulture & Kitchen Gardens
Kitchen gardens and horticulture plots diversify household diets and income. The programme improves nutrition and creates surplus for sale. 315 kitchen gardens developed in Satna & Chittorgarh
Milk Producer Organisation & Value Chain Strengthening
The Satna Milk FPO links 140+ farmers to organised milk collection, improving price realisation and steady revenue. This reduces middlemen leakages and stabilises incomes.
Micro-Enterprise & Non-Farm Livelihoods
Training in carpentry, BPO basics, tailoring, driving and other trades ensures non-farm incomes. 472 micro-enterprises supported, spanning food-processing, crafts and service sectors.
From Labourer to Skilled Mason: Santosh's Journey, Mukutban
Santosh Narshimau Gummalwar, a daily wage labourer from Mukutban, struggled to support his family of six with limited income and skills. Through RCCPL's Mason Training Program, he transformed from a daily wage labourer into a skilled mason. He gained modern construction skills that enabled him to take up independent construction contracts and earn a better livelihood. The increased income has strengthened his family's financial stability and helped support his children's education.
Building Independence: Samar's Journey to Self-Reliance, Mukutban
Through RCCPL's Divyanga Support Program, 21-year-old Samar from Rajurgota village was supported in setting up a grocery shop, helping him become financially independent. Living with 60% locomotor and multiple disabilities, he overcame personal and financial challenges to build a sustainable livelihood. His journey has created new opportunities for growth through entrepreneurship. His success is a testimony to the impact of inclusive, grassroots CSR initiatives.
From Struggle to Self-Reliance: Vaibhav's Journey of Grit, Mukutban
Vaibhav Bhoyar, a 21-year-old from Pimpradwadi, faced severe poverty and health challenges due to Sickle Cell Disease, leaving him unable to work. Time support from RCCPL, in the form of grocery supplies, helped him start a small shop. Despite health issues and initial struggles, Vaibhav persevered, setting up a store and building customer trust. Today, he earns ₹6,000–₹7,000 monthly, contributing to his family’s needs. More than income, the journey restored his confidence, dignity, and purpose .
With support through RCCPL's Divyang Mitra Project, Maroti Panch Bhai from Adegaon received the tools and equipment needed to strengthen his two-wheeler repair business. Living with 100% orthopedic disability, he transformed his skills into a sustainable livelihood, earning nearly ₹12,000 a month with dignity and independence. Today, he is a respected member of his community and an inspiration for others with disabilities. His story is one of resilience restored, not just livelihoods strengthened.
Forging a New Beginning: Raghunath Pawar's Success Story, Mukutban
After receiving a welding machine through RCCPL's livelihood support initiative, Raghunath Pawar turned his welding skills into a sustainable source of income. Living with 43% physical disability, the support enabled him to independently take up work. Today, he runs his own welding business while strengthening his family's financial stability. Raghunath's story is a powerful example that with the right support, disability does not feel like a barrier.
Technology for Independence: Smart Glasses for Blind Students, Mukutban
With Smart Vision Glasses Ultra provided through RCCPL's assistive technology initiative, Vidhi Sunil Dongarkar and Janvi Vaman Pawade have gained greater independence in learning and everyday life. Equipped with AI-powered features such as text reading, object detection, and navigation assistance, the smart glasses have made education, mobility, and access to information more accessible.
